Recommended flow
- Rotate and crop images before importing.
- Sort files using the intended page order.
- Choose a page size that suits the source images.
- Open the PDF and inspect every page for orientation and legibility.
Care points
Image-only PDFs may not be searchable or accessible. Consider OCR only when its accuracy and privacy conditions are acceptable.
